新疆与中亚部分国家竞技体育比较研究

A Contrastive study on competitive sports of Xinjiang Autonomous Area and some countries in Central Asia

采用文献资料、比较等研究方法,对新疆与中亚部分国家优势项目、人力资源结构及地缘等方面进行对比分析,提出新疆竞技体育要实现可持续发展,就要从如何充分体现突出民族地区竞技体育项目优势,挖掘人才优势,利用地缘优势等方面去努力,充分加强与中亚竞技体育发达国家的交流与合作,尤其是在重合优势项目上与哈萨克斯坦、乌兹别克斯坦等国建立和完善符合本地区经济实力的"走出去请进来"的发展战略,以期为新疆竞技体育更快发展提供理论依据。

By using the methods of literature and comparing, this paper makes a contrastive analysis on strong sports, human resource structure and geo--location and so on of Xinjiang and some countries in Central Asia. This paper suggests that in order to realize sustainable development, we must strive for how to fully present the strong sports in national regions, excavating talented athletes, using the geographical advantages, strengthening communication and cooperation with sports developed countries in central Asia. Especially on some coincidence strong sports, we＇d better establish and perfect the development strate- gy ＂Going--out and Inviting--in ＂which must fit for the economy situation with Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan etc. , so as to provide theoretical basis for Xinjiang sports to develop faster.
