利鼻胶囊治疗儿童慢性上颌窦炎的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Effect of Capsules made by Chinese Medicine on Children Chronic Maxillary Sinusitis

为了提高治疗儿童慢性上颌窦炎疗效 ,选择自制两种利鼻胶囊 ,辨证分型治疗 60例儿童患者 ,并与鼻炎康组、乙酰螺旋霉素组对照观察。结果表明 ,该中药胶囊具有较好的疗效 (P<0 .0 1) 。提示该中药胶囊可能具有较好的抗菌、抗变态反应作用 。

In order to raise the effectiveness in curing children chronic maxillary sinusitis,we selected two kinds of capsules of Chinese medicine made by ourselves and treated the 60 cases of the disease under analyzing and differentiating pathological conditions in accordance with TCM,and simultaneous contrasted with the group of tablet Biyankang and the group of tablet Miocemycin.The results indicate that capsules of Chinese medicine have higher therapeutic effectiveness( P <0.01).That suggests that drugs maybe have quite good action of antibiosis and antiallegie.But treatment on different classification of TCM showed larger advantage.
