扩张性心肌病室性心律失常与左室内径关联探讨

摘要 目的:探讨扩张性心肌病室性心律失常与左室内径关系。方法:选取2006年1月~2010年1月在潮州市中心医院住院的108例扩张性心肌病患者分别进行动态心电图及心脏B超检查,进行表格式陈列,比较患者发生室性心律失常与左室内径之间的关联。结果:经对比,患者室性心律失常各组间,左室内径有显著差异,t<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:扩张性心肌病患者室性心律失常的发生率随着左室内径的增大而增加。
