摘要
随着计划经济体制的瓦解和市场经济体制的逐渐形成,劳资关系已成为中国现阶段的基本社会关系之一,即"雇主方"和"受雇方"。然而在中国的转型期,在正常的现代社会结构形成过程中,中国的劳资关系出现了新问题,即:劳资双方之间的博弈出现了不对称和不平等现象,即"强资本、弱劳动",尽管说该问题出现的原因十分复杂,但我们认为,实行政府的积极介入、工会的激活、三方协商机制的有效运转,能够使该博弈现象明显改善。
With the collapse of planned economy system and the development of market economy sys- tem, labour-capital relationship, namely, the employees and the employer, has become one of basic social relations in the present China. However, in China in transition a new problem has arisen in Chinese labour- capital relationship, that is, asymmetry and inequality in the game between labour and capital, namely, pow- erful employer but weak employees. Despite complicated reasons for the problem, the author claims that the active government intervention, the activation of labour unions and an effective operation of negotiating mechanism can greatly improve the asymmetrical game.
