隐性采访的道德困境以及解读

The Moral Dilemma of Covert Coverage and the Interpretation

我国法律界对隐性采访没有做出明文规定,隐性采访是否可行或作为一种舆论监督手段是否值得提倡,社会和学术界一直有着不同看法。笔者认为从马克思主义伦理学的视角解析隐性采访这一现象,可以从根本上回答隐性采访的存在合理性问题。

Since China＇s legal circle failed to make clear provisions, people, especially scholars, are always holding different opinions on whether covert coverage is feasible or not, and whether it, as a means of supervision by public opinion, is worth promoting. The author believes that with the analysis of the prob- lem from the perspective of Marxist ethics, there is an ultimate answer to the rationality of the existence of covert coverage.
