摘要
目的观察乙酸镁对小鼠术后胃肠推进运动的影响。方法将36只昆明种小鼠随机分为生理盐水(Ns)组和乙酸镁50mg·kg-1(M50)组、100mg·kg-1(M100)组(n=12)。各组小鼠氯胺酮全麻后予以假手术,小鼠苏醒后以NS或乙酸镁灌胃。NS或乙酸镁灌胃20min后,以0.5ml碳末悬浊液灌胃。碳末悬浊液灌胃20min后将小鼠处死,以幽门为起点测量碳末悬浊液在小肠内的移动距离(小肠碳末移动距离)和小肠全长,并计算小肠推进率。结果与NS组相比,M50组、M100组小肠碳末移动距离延长(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),小肠推进率增加(P〈0.05或P〈0.01)。与M100组相比,M0组小肠碳末移动距离延长(P〈0.05)、小肠推进率增加(P〈0.05)。结论乙酸镁对小鼠术后胃肠推进运动有促进作用。50mg·kg-1。乙酸镁对胃肠推进运动的促进作用优于100mg·kg-1乙酸镁。
Objective To investigate the effect of magnesium acetate on postoperative propulsive gastrointestinal mo- tility in mice. Methods 36 Kunming mice were randomly divided into 3 groups (n = 12 each) : normal saline (NS) group, magnesium acetate 50 mg · kg -1 ( M50 ) group and 100 mg · kg 1 ( Mx50 ) group. Sham - operation was performed after general anesthesia with ketamine. Then NS or different doses of magnesium acetate were administered intragastrically when the mice regained consciousness. 0.5 ml of carbon suspension was administered intragastrically 20 minutes after the administration of NS or magnesium acetate. The mice were then killed 20 minutes after the carbon suspension administra- tion. The moving distance of carbon suspension in small intestine and the total length of small intestine were measured with pylorus as a starting point, and the propulsion rate of small intestine was calculated. Results Compared with NS group, the moving distance of carbon in small intestine was longer in Mso group and M100 group (P 〈0.05 or P 〈0.01 ) , the propulsion rate of small intestine was higher in Ms0 group and M100 group ( P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ). Compared with Ml0o group, the moving distance of carbon in small intestine was longer ( P 〈 0.05 ) and the propulsion rate of small intes- tine was higher ( P 〈 0.05 ) in Mso group. Conclusion Magnesium acetate can promote postoperative propulsive gastro- intestinal motility in mice. The promoting effect of magnesium acetate on propulsive gastrointestinal motility is better at the dosage of 50 mg· kg-1 than at the dosage of 100 mg·kg-1.
