复方银杏通脉胶囊的研制

Study on preparation and property of Co Yinxing Tongmai capsule

目的 :研究复方银杏通脉胶囊的制备和质量标准。方法 :用两种浓度乙醇提取银杏叶活性成份 ;建立薄层色谱法鉴别法 ,正丁醇提取物含量控制成品质量。结果 :银杏叶活性成份较高 ,薄层色谱法专属性强 ,正丁醇提取物不低于 12mg/粒 ,RSD为 1.0 4% ,重现性好。结论 :制备工艺合理 ,所得制剂质量可控 ,性质稳定 。

OBJECTIVE:To study the preparation and the quality control of the compound capsule,in which the main ingredient is Ginkgo biloba leaves .METHODS:Alcohol two densities was used to extract Ginkgo biloba leaves .Identification was established,butyl alcohol extract was controlled.RESULTS:The extracts of Ginkgo biloba leaves was high.TLC was specific.Batyl alcohol ectracts were more than 12 mg each capsule. RSD : 1.04% ,the method was accurate and reproducible.CONCLUSIONS:The preparation of the capsule is feasible.The quality can be controlled .The capsule is a useful medicine for the clinic.
