摘要 为了检测水泵的性能参数是否达到额定的设计要求和标准,用P L C编写水泵工作过程并通过人机界面进行系统的监控和相关参数的测试和记录,用工业以太网方式实现P L C与上位计算机的数据通信,用基于V B平台的水晶报表实现报表的开发,应用RSView32内嵌的VBA通过DDE方式调用监控系统采集的数据并在报表中动态地显示。 For if the function parameter checking a water pump reach the fixed design demand and standard, water pump test-bed having designed that PLC one centrifugal owing to Rockwell here. Parametric testing and precis writer compiling and composing the water pump course of work with PLC and carrying out the systematic supervisory control and relevance by man-machine interface, data communication using industry aether net way to realize PLC and the superordination computer, use every function and parameter transferring the data that supervisory control system collects temporarily for a specific task and demonstrating the centrifugal water pump's dynamicly in the form for report owing to that the VB platform crystal form for report realizing the form for report exploitation, VBA that the inner applying RSView32 embeds passing DDE way.
