Ni基合金液膜熔解扩散焊的焊层组织及其在控制阀节流件的应用

摘要 Ni基合金液膜熔解扩散焊表面强化技术已在恶劣工况下的球阀等产品上成功应用,本文借助扫描电子显微镜(SEM)结合能量色散谱仪(BSE)对其焊层、熔合界面及其基体结构进行详细的检测,以控制阀节流件本身的性能要求为参照,试图从理论上追溯此种表面强化方法应用于控制阀节流件上的合理性和技术条件。 Ni base alloy diffusion bonding is melted liquid membrane surface strengthening technology has set up a file in the working conditions such as bad ball valve products successful application, this paper makes use of the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) combined with energy dispersive spectrometer is (BSE) on the weld layer, fusion interface and matrix structure of the detailed test, control valves throttling the performance requirements of a itself as reference, trying to trace back to the theoretically this surface strengthening method is applied to control valves on the rationality and throttling a technical conditions.
