在地铁变流器的研制中,为解决高压大功率IGBT使用的驱动问题,本文选用了瑞士CONCEPT公司研制的驱动模块IGD515EI。经试验表明以IGD515EI为核心的驱动电路达到了设计要求,并在地铁变流器中取得了良好的实用效果。

In the subway converter development, to solve the use of high power IGBT driver problem, driver module IGD515EI is used of Swiss company CONCEPT in this article. The tests showed that as the core of the drive circuit ,IGD515EI meet the design requirements, and in the subway converter has achieved good practical results.
