摘要
重点调研了国内部分典型超临界机组给水加氧技术及氧化皮吹扫技术的应用现状。调查表明给水加氧技术在超临界锅炉机组应用时最突出的问题是给水处理不当会引起锅炉过热器(再热器)氧化皮生长加速、氧化皮剥落堵塞管道,进而导致"爆管"等严重事故,给电厂带来巨大损失。根据调查结果本文从化水处理、锅炉运行条件和管材三个方面进行分析,总结并归纳了超临界机组给水加氧处理工况运行时的注意事项及工艺要点。
Abstract: This article focuses on the investigation on the utilization of oxygenated feed-water treatment (OT) ana oxide scale sweeping technologies in some typical national supercritical boilers. Survey shows that the application of oxy- genated feed-water treatment may cause the growth acceleration of oxide scale in boiler super-heater or re-heater. The formed oxide scale will plug the pipeline resulting in serious accident, and bring huge loss to power plant. Based on these re- suits of the investigation, this article analyzes the accident caused by OT from three aspects of boiler water treatment situa- tion, boiler operation and pipe, and then summarizes the operation cautions and key points of utilizing the oxygenated feed-water treatment technology in supercritical unit.
