气液管壳式换热器传热管的热力学计算研究

摘要 管壳式换热器广泛应用于开发利用工业二次能源、实现余热回收和节能。文中基于光管传热的理论分析建立了换热管的计算模型,分析了单位长度铜管、钢管热流量和总热流量的计算方法,并编制了管壳式换热器传热管设计计算的Matlab程序。通过工程实例计算,验证了计算方法的实用性和可行性,对管壳式换热器设计的后续结构设计和优化提供了数据支撑,亦可为类似传热问题求解提供参考。 Abstract: Shell and tube heat exchangers were widely used in the development and utilization of industrial secondary energy, for achieving wasted heat recovery and energy conservation. In this article, based on heat transfer theory of smooth tubes, established the calculation model of the heat exchange tubes, and analyzed the unit length of copper pipe, steel pipe, heat flux and total heat flow calculation method. And programmed compute program of design calculations for this shell and tube heat exchanger in Matlab. After engineering examples, practicality and feasibility of the calculation method was veri- fied, and provide data support for structural design and optimization of shell and tube heat exchanger, and can also provide a reference for similar heat transfer problems to solve.
