摘要
以4A分子筛为阻燃改性剂,BL阻燃剂为阻燃剂,压制了阻燃胶合板。研究了4A分子筛用量对BL阻燃剂处理胶合板的胶合强度与阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:加入适量的4A分子筛,阻燃胶合板的胶合强度显著提高,对阻燃性能影响较小。当分子筛添加量为8%时,阻燃胶合板的胶合强度可达到1.08MPa,氧指数为42.2%。
Flame retardant plywood was manufactured by using BL-flame retardant (BL-FR) as flame retardant and 4A Zeolite as a modifier. The effect of 4A Zeolite content on bonding strength and flame retardancy of flame retardant plywood were studied. It was found that appropriate 4A Zeolite could improve remarkably the bonding strength of flame retardant plywood and have little effect on flame retardancy. When the amount of 4A Zeolite was 8%, the bonding strength of flame retardant plywood was 1.08 MPa, and the LOI of flame retardant plywood was 42.2%.
