摘要 采用激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱 (LDI TOF MS)快速测定了 1H 2 ,3 二氢 1 吡咯里嗪酮衍生物相对分子质量 ,初步总结了该类化合物的质谱规律 .实验中不需加入基质 ,实测值与理论计算值相吻合 . The molecular weights of a series of 1H-2,3-dihydro-1-pyrrolizinone derivatives have been rapidly determined by LDI-TOF-MS. Some MS rules of these compounds were concluded.No matrix needed to assist the desorption/ionization processes of the samples. It was satisfying that the experimental values were identical with the theoretical values. The results demonstrated that LDI-TOF-MS was a rapid, simple and accurate method for the molecular weight determination of 1H-2,3-dihydro-1-pyrrolizinone derivatives.
