摘要
对渗透泵式控释制剂的发展过程以及不同形式双室型渗透泵控释制剂的研究进展加以阐述 ,并针对目前广泛应用的带有可扩展渗透室的双室型渗透泵控释制剂进行了详细的介绍 .
The development of an osmotic pump and the advances of the study on the twochamber osmotic controlled release preparations were discussed. As a popular method of insoluble drug delivering system,the twochamber osmotic pump with an expanding osmotic compartment was described in detail.
