基层医院开展临床中药咨询的结果分析

Analysis on Traditional Chinese Medicine Consultation in County Hospital

目的了解基层医护人员和患者对中药相关知识的需求情况。方法整理我院2010年10月—2011年10月的中药咨询记录,通过归纳和个案分析了解临床医护人员和患者对中药临床使用知识的需求情况。结果药物的主治、煎煮、服用方法、价格是最常见的4类问题,医护人员和患者所提问题种类比较有差别。结论中药咨询服务是提高临床治疗效果的有效方法。

Objective To get the demand of hospital staff and patients to relevant knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine. Methods The consultation records of traditional Chinese medicine from Oct. 2010 to Oct. 2011 were collected. Statistic and analysised by individual case were used to learen people＇s demand. Results The indication, decoction, taking and price of traditional Chinese medicine were the frequent questions, there are differences between hospital staff and patients＇ questions. Conclusion Consulation of TCM pharmacy is a effective method to improve clinical therapeutic efficacy.
