肺炎衣原体急性呼吸道感染的治疗体会 被引量:2

摘要 目的总结肺炎衣原体引起的急性呼吸道感染的治疗体会。方法对本医院2008年10月—2011年10月急性呼吸道感染患者的临床资料进行分析与回顾性总结。结果本次试验中由于衣原体感染阳性所占比例为18%,经过相应的抗生素治疗之后总有效率为95%,所有患者均没有出现明显的不良反应,有1例患者出现轻度恶心和呕吐,2例患者出现腹泻。结论肺炎衣原体是引起急性呼吸道感染的主要因素,在临床上的发病率较高,需要使用正确的药物进行治疗。
