摘要
本文分析讨论了影响铸坯皮下气泡的主要因素,重点探索了不同中间包塞棒吹氩流量对板坯皮下气孔的影响程度。通过优化塞棒、板间及上水口的吹氩流量参数,最终使铸坯皮下气孔得到有效控制。
In this paper the slab subsurface pinhole was mainly discussed as key factors of effect. Importantly further up to research the effect on Slab subcutaneous pinhole coming from different blowing argon flowrate of tundish stopper. Ultimately it is found that the subsurface pinhole had been effectively controlled by the optimum of blowing argon flowrate of stopper, slide-gate plates and upper nozzle parameters was used at No.3 slab caster.
