摘要
目的探讨重组人血管内皮抑制素(恩度)对于缝线诱导兔角膜新生血管的抑制作用。方法新西兰大白兔24只,按随机数字表法分为3组(A组、B组、C组、每组8只),采用缝线诱导法制备兔角膜新生血管。A组采用球结膜下注射生理盐水0.1mL,隔日1次;B组采用球结膜下注射恩度0.1mL,隔日1次;C组采用球结膜下注射地塞米松0.1mL(0.5mg),隔日1次。每日裂隙灯下观察并测量角膜长出的角膜新生血管的长度,计算出新生血管的面积,共3周时间。结果 B组和C组各时间点新生血管的长度和面积均小于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。B组在第13天和第18天新生血管的长度和面积均小于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论动物实验表明恩度可以有效地抑制角膜新生血管的生长。
Objective To investigate the inhibitive effect of recombinant human endostatin(rHES) on corneal neovascularization(CNV) induced by suture.Methods Corneal neovascularization was induced by stitching cornea in 24 New Zealand white rabbits.These rabbits were randomly divided into three groups,with 8 rabbits in each group.Rabbits in group A,B and C were sub-conjunctivally injected with 0.1 mL normal saline,0.1 mL rHES and 0.1 mL dexamethasone(0.5 mg) every other day,respectively.The area of neovascularization was calculated by measuring vessel length of corneal neovascularization under slit-lamp illumination.The study lasted 3 weeks.Results Compared with group A,the vessel length and area of corneal neovascularization significantly decreased in group B and group C at each time point(P〈0.001).Compared with group B,the vessel length and area of corneal neovascularization obviously increased in group C on the thirteenth and eighteenth day(P〈0.05).Conclusion The rHES can effectively inhibit corneal neovascularization.
