CIP2A与恶性肿瘤的关系及其表达调控的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 多基因突变的累积作用被视为肿瘤发生的前提条件,这些基因突变经常导致原癌基因过度表达、活性增强及抑制抑癌基因的生物活性。因此,研究原癌基因及肿瘤抑制因子的作用机制无论对肿瘤的发生、发展还是对寻求肿瘤靶向治疗都有极其重要的意义。作为肿瘤抑制因子PP2A,其活性受到抑制被认为是肿瘤转化的前提。蛋白质磷酸酶2A癌性抑制因子(CIP2A)是最近被识别的具有抑制PP2A对c—myc蛋白第62位丝氨酸($62)脱磷酸化作用的一种癌蛋白,其通过增强c-myc的稳定性,抑制体内PP2A的抑癌作用,导致细胞转化和肿瘤生长。为此,本文就CIP2A与恶性肿瘤的关系及其表达调控的研究进展作一综述。
