曲美他嗪联合丹参川芎嗪注射液辅治冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

Clinical observation of trimetazidine combined Danshen-chuanxiongqin injection in coronary heart disease with unstable angina

目的探讨曲美他嗪联合丹参川芎嗪注射液辅治冠心病不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法将78例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各39例。对照组采用常规治疗方法,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪治疗。治疗后比较2组的临床疗效及心绞痛发作次数、持续时间及硝酸甘油用量。结果治疗后,治疗组的总有效率为92.3%高于对照组的74.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不稳定型心绞痛发作次数、硝酸甘油用量少于对照组,心绞痛持续时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论曲美他嗪联合丹参川芎嗪注射液辅治冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疗效明显,能有效改善患者的临床症状和心肌供血,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of trimetazidine combined with Danshen-chuanxiongqin injec- tion on coronary heart disease with unstable angina. Methods 78 patients of coronary heart disease with unstable angina were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, each of 39 cases. Control group were given with conventional treat- ment, Based on the conventional treatment, treatment group were treated with trimetazidine. Compared the clinical effect, angina attack frequency,duration and the usage of nitroglycerin. Results The total effective rate in treatment group（92.3% ） was higher than control group （74.4%） ,there was significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The angina attack frequency and the usage of nitroglycerin of treatment group were less than control group, angina duration was shorter than control group, there were signifi- cant differences （P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion In patients with unstable angina pectoris clinical treatment, combined application of trimetazidine and Danshen-chuanxiongqin injection has obvious curative effect, can effectively improve the clini- cal symptoms of the patients with myocardial blood supply, it is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
