瘢痕子宫再次妊娠阴道分娩的观察与护理 被引量：8

摘要 子宫瘢痕形成的常见原因有剖宫产、子宫肌瘤剔除术、子宫畸形矫治术等,其中以剖宫产术最为常见.近年来由于医学发展及各种社会因素的影响,剖宫产率有逐年增高的趋势,剖宫产术后再次妊娠的孕妇逐渐增多,因此瘢痕子宫再次妊娠分娩方式的选择日益受到关注[1].近年我院收治瘢痕子宫再次妊娠者96例,依据前次剖宫产的手术指征、术式及切口愈合情况等因素进行综合分析,并进行选择性阴道试产.现将分娩结果报道如下.
