Optical properties of nano-SiO_2/PMMA composite material

摘要 以聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为基体,通过原位复合的方法制备含纳米SiO_2的复合材料。用紫外-可见分光光度计(UVPC)和傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)研究复合材料的光谱特性。结果表明:当掺入少量纳米SiO_2时,复合材料的反射谱峰和透射谱峰均发生一定程度的红移;当纳米SiO_2含量超过一定量时,复合材料透过率显著降低。此外,依据Frrsnel's公式和Beer's定律计算了复合材料的光学常数。 Poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) doped nano-SiO2 were prepared by in situ polymeriza- tion. The absorption spectrum and reflection spectrum of composite materials were recorded by ultraviolet- visible spectrophotometer (UVPC) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) spectrophotome- ter independently. Results showed that the reflect spectrum and the transmission spectrum had a obvious pick shift to a long wavelength. When the content of doped nano-SiO2 exceeded a certain amount, the transmission would decreased rapidly. The optical constants of composite material were calculated based on the Fresnel's formulae and the Lambert-Beer's law.
