摘要
为了分析析板几何尺寸的变化对梯形坡纹腹板工字钢梁应力集中的影响,建立相应的ABAQUS有限元分析模型,并利用已有的梯形波纹腹板工字钢梁实验结果对有限元模型的正确性进行了验证;运用ABAQUS有限元软件对梯形波纹腹板工字钢梁进行了大量的非线性有限元分析,研究了腹板的波幅、厚度、平行段长度、坡纹转角、转角半径等对腹板和翼缘中应力集中程度的影响及其规律。结果表明,梯形波纹腹板工字钢梁有限元分析模型是合理的:腹板的波纹转角、转角半径、腹板厚度的变化对梯形波纹腹板工字钢梁应力集中的影响较大,而腹的波幅和平行段长度的变化对钢梁的应力集中影响较小。
To study the influence of geometric parameters of web on stress concentration, finite element models were established by ABAQUS software package, and validated by existing experiment results of I-beam with trapezoidally corrugated web. Non-liner finite element analysis was carried out by ABAQUS software package. The effects of parameters, such as wave amplitude, web thickness, length of parallel plate, wave intersection corner at parallel level and wave transitional radium, on the stress concentration in web and flange were investigated. Research showed that the finite element models were reasonable. Wave intersection corner at parallel level, wave transitional radium and web thickness had great effect on stress concentration of I-beam, while the effects of wave amplitude and length of parallel plate on it were negli- gible.
