亚洲“四小龙”产业转型升级历程和经验对广东省的启示

The Enlightenment of Guangdong from the History and Experience of Four Asian Tigers' Industrial Transformation and Upgrading

亚洲"四小龙"与广东省的自然地理条件、文化传统和经济发展历程很相似,其产业转型升级的历程和经验对当前面临"加快转型升级"任务的广东省具有重要启示。文章通过简要回顾"四小龙"产业转型升级历程,提炼其成功经验,结合当前广东转型升级的主要任务,得出政府、产业、教育、境内外投资、区域协调和民生等方面的启示,为广东省产业转型升级之路提供参考。

Four Asian Tigers are much similar to Guangdang province in physiographic condition, cultural tradition and the course of eco- nomic development. The history and experience of Four Asian Tigers＇ industrial transformation and upgrading has provided the important en- lightenment for current Guangdong with the tasks to accelerate transformation and upgrading. After brief review of Four Asian Tigers＇ course, refining their success and combining with Guangdong＇ s tasks, this paper draws the enlightenment in pehcies of government, industry, education, domestic and foreign investment, regional coordination, livelihood and other aspects in order to provide reference for the path of Guangdong＇ s industrial transformation and upgrading.
