摘要
论述了通过 ICP- OES测定大鼠组织样中铝的一种简便方法 ,即通过使标准溶液模拟样品溶液的基质的一种方法。在测定全血样时 ,在标准溶液中添加 Fe2 mg/L;测定骨骼样品时 ,在标准溶液中添加 PO4 3 -0 .35g/L和 Ca0 .3g/L;测定尿样时 ,在标准溶液中添加 PO4 3 -2 g/L和 Cl-4g/L;而测定肝、肾中铝时则稀释消化液 1 0 0倍 ,结果其测定铝的回收率达 94%~1 0 5% ,具有较好的准确性和稳定性。
A simple method of determining aluminum content in rat tissues by ICP-OES was investigated.The main feature of this method is imitating the matrix of samples in series of standard sdution,The series of the standard solution was all added Fe 2 mg/l in the determination of aluminum in rat blood samples,added PO 4 3- 0.35 g/l and Ca 0.3 g/l in the determination of aluminum in tibia samples,and added PO 4 3- 2 g/l and Cl - 4 g/l in the determination of urine samples.While in aluminum determination of liver and kidney,the sample solutions were only diluted 100 times.The recovery of aluminum in the samples of blood,tibia,urine,liver and kidney got up to 94%~105%,It demonstrates that this method have high acceuracy and high stability.
