Development and Utilization of Provincial Public Libraries of the Government Information Resources:Status Quo and Strategy Analysis

文章针对省级公共图书馆的政府信息资源开发利用现状进行问卷调查,分析目前存在的问题,提出了克服来自政府、图书馆、公众的阻力及与档案馆、政府、信息服务商等多主体合作开发利用政府信息资源的发展对策。

This paper investigates how government information resources are developed and utilized in provincial public library. Based on the result of this research, the paper analyzes some problems, and proposes development strategies such as overcome various obstacles from government, library and the public, strengthens tile multi - cooperation with archives, government and other information service provider in order to improve the capability to develop and utilize government information resources.
