摘要
文章从泛在图书馆的概念、特征入手,例举国内外泛在化图书馆的成功实例,剖析泛在化服务发展的制约因素,并阐述适合于社科院系统图书馆创建泛在图书馆的思路和策略,以实现图书馆提高服务效率和提升服务质量的目的。
Starting with a discussion of the concept, characteristics and successful examples of ubiquitous library, a profound analysis is made on the limiting factors of its development. A developing strategy specifically for the library systems of academy of social science is proposed in order to increase the service efficiencies and quality.
