摘要
为解决PROTOS卷接机组在生产过程中存在的烟支滤嘴切口毛边、变形等问题,根据高略契金常数定理,改进了切割装置的传动比,以提高切刀转速,减小切刀对烟支滤嘴的切割力;改进了磨刀装置,以提高切刀磨削面光洁度,避免因切刀刃口不平而影响烟支滤嘴切口质量。应用效果表明,改进后机组运行可靠,切刀转速由1731 r/min提高到3267 r/min,减小了切刀切割力,烟支滤嘴切口毛边、变形等问题由7%~9%下降到0.8%以下,提高了烟支滤嘴切口质量,满足了生产工艺要求。
To solve the problems of rough edge or distortion at filter-end of cigarette made by PROTOS cigarette maker, the final cutting device was improved by referring to Goryachkin's constant theorem, the rotational speed of the cutting knife was raised to reduce the cutting force on filter; the sharpener was also modified to give the knife dege a better finish by which to get a cleaner filter cut. The results of application showed that: the maker ran stably, the rotational speed of knife raised from 1731 to 3267 r/min, the ratio of cigarettes with defective cut decreased from 7%-9% to less than 0.8%,and the cut appearance was improved.
