气相色谱法检测药用葡萄糖原料碎米的有机氯残留 被引量:1

摘要 考察湖南部分地区碎米的有机氯农药残留情况,为以碎米为原料生产药用葡萄糖提供安全保障,同时为合理使用有机氯农药提供参考。在《中国药典》方法基础上改良,提取样品,浓硫酸净化后,采用气相色谱法测定有机氯含量。色谱柱为SE-54弹性石英毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.25mm×0.32mm),经程序升温技术分离,然后用电子捕获检测器进行检测,外标法计算含量。结果表明,样品中有不同程度的有机氯农药残留,该方法快速、简便、准确,适用于碎米中有机氯类农药残留的检测。 Organochlorine pesticides residues in rice in several Hunan district was examined so as to provide security for production of pharmaceutical glucose which was made with broken rice and a reasonable reference for the application of organic pesticides. The modified method of Chinese pharmacopoeia was used to extract and prepare the samples which were analyzed by gas chromatography with SE-54 fused silica capillary column(3.0m×0.25mm×0.32 mm) and the contents of nine organic chlorine pesticide were separated by column temperature program and detected by electronic capture detector, calculated by external standard. The results showed that organic chlorine pesticides in rice were determined and found in all samples. This method was fast,simple and accurate that it could be used to determine organic chlorine pesticide in rice.
