微生物发酵法制取大豆油脂及发酵条件优化 被引量:3

摘要 用微生物发酵法提取低油料作物大豆中的油脂,并在单因素实验的基础上,应用响应面分析法对微生物发酵法提取大豆油的影响因素进行分析,结果表明,最佳发酵条件为底物浓度10%、粉碎程度过80目筛、温度36.4℃、pH4.62、培养时间19.14h。此条件下每10g大豆可得油0.524g。 The oil content of the soybean was very low. Microbial fermentation was used to extract the oil from soybean. And on the basis of single-factor test, response surface methodology was used to analyze main factors affecting the production of soybean oil by microbial fermentation. Results showed that the optimal fermentation conditions were as follows.substrate concentration 10%,degree of grinding should could pass through the 80 mesh fineness,36.4℃, pH4.62,19.14h,the output of soybean oil can reach to 0.524g from 10g soybean.
