部分脱蛋白的豆渣水解糖化的工艺优化

摘要 为了充分利用大豆工业副产物豆渣,将豆渣中的蛋白分离后,利用亚临界水使豆渣水解产生还原糖。探讨亚临界体系条件的变化对豆渣水解程度的影响,以干豆渣为原料,以还原糖得率为指标,着重考察了催化剂的种类、温度、反应时间、液料比等因素对还原糖得率的影响。实验结果表明最佳反应条件是:催化剂为MgCl2,浸提温度150℃,浸提时间为5min,液料比200:1,此条件下还原糖提取率是50.6%。 To make full use of soybean drugs,hydrolysis technology in sub-critical water was used to produce reducing sugar after removing protein. The effect of changes in the conditions of sub-critical system on the degree of soybean dregs hydrolysis was investigated. Taking soybean dregs as raw material and the yield of reducing sugar as the target,the effects of catalyst kind,reaction temperature,time and liquid-solvent ratio on the yield of reducing sugar were investigated. The results showed that the optimum conditions were as follows: catalyst,MgCI2 temperature 150℃ ,extraction time 5min,liquid -solvent ratio 200:1. Under the conditions,the vield of reducincl SUclar was 50.6%.
