摘要
针对固体二氧化氯安全性差、释放时间短、非一元包装等不足进行改进,添加酸化的新疆特产托克逊、和丰膨润土,制成长效、缓释、一元包装固体二氧化氯保鲜剂。其优点在于,常温释放时间从10d增加到20d,0℃从20d增加到40d,并且能平稳释放。安全性方面,着火点从原有的150℃提高到250℃,可以保证在干燥条件下不释放二氧化氯,放置1.5年,二氧化氯损失仅为20%左右,远好于国外专利产品。
Because of the poor security,short release time,lack of non-one pocketing,acid Toksun Xinjiang specialty with an abundance of bentonite was added to solid chlorine dioxide to made a long-acting,slowreleased,one pocketing solid chlorine dioxide preservative. The advantage was that release time was prolonged from 10d to 20d at room temperature,0℃ from 20d to 40d,at a smooth release. In the security,fire points increased from the original 150℃ to 250℃. It could be guaranteed not to release chlorine dioxide,when placed 1.5 years,dry conditions and the Iossing was only about 20%,far better than foreign patents.
