摘要 提出一种基于多次测量数据解析求解的方法,用于分离矢量信号发生器自带的调制误差和矢量信号分析仪的测量误差,并通过数值仿真和实验测量对方法进行实施和验证。该方法不但可以提高矢量信号发生器和矢量信号分析仪的校准准确性和可靠性,也为建立数字调制质量参数量值溯源体系提供了理论基础。 In order to distinguish between the intrinsic modulation errors of vector signal generator and the measurement errors of vector signal analyzer, a method based on experimental measurement and analytical calculation was proposed, then numberical simulation and actual measurement were presented for verification. This method can not only improve accuracy and reliability of calibration for vector signal generator and vector signal analyzer, but also provide some theo- retical basis for the establishment of traceability in the measurement of digital modulation quality parameters.
