氟石膏基自流平地坪砂浆的试验研究 被引量:3

RESEARCH AND PREPARATION OF SELF-LEVELING FLOOR MORTAR FROM FLUOR-GYPSUM WASTE SLAG

摘要 以氟石膏为主要胶凝材料通过掺加各种外加剂、骨料等对其进行改性处理,制得氟石膏基自流平地坪砂浆,优化配方为:氟石膏75~90 w%,激发剂10~25 w%,减水剂0.25~1 w%,可再分散乳胶粉0~4 w%,稳定剂0.05~0.1 w%和粉煤灰0~5 w%;流动度达240mm,绝干抗折强度为8.3 MPa,绝干抗压强度为26.7 MPa,拉伸粘结强度为0.64MPa,收缩率为0.049%,性能均达到日本住宅公团标准要求。在800mm×800mm水泥基地上进行实验,经过3 d砂浆表面光滑,未发现裂纹。 Based on the waste slag of fluor-gypsum discharged from chemical industry,the modi- fication process was undertaken by adding the materials of complex activator, super plasticizer, re- dispersible polymeric powder, stabilizer, fly ash and so on. The optimization formula was. fluor- gypsum 75-90ω% ,complex activator 10-25 ω%, super plasticizer 0.25-1ω%, redispersible polymeric powder 0-4ω% , stabilizer 0.05-0.1ω% and fly ash 0-5 ω%. As a result,a new kind of self-leveling floor mortar was developed with good workability. The dry flexural and com- pressive strength of the mortar reached 8.3 MPa and 26.7 MPa respectively and the tensile adhe- sive strength was 0.64 MPa with the shrinkage ratio of 0. 049%. The property of fluor-gypsum- based material has reached Japan standard of residential group and Housing Corporation about gypsum-based self-leveling mortar. Test of self-leveling mortar prepared on the 800 mm×800 mm square area of concrete slab showed smooth level surface when it hardened.
