摘要
通过对试验测试、计算机仿真以及试验与计算机仿真混合模拟的方法比较分析确定动应力时间历程的选择,利用多数据采集卡的协同工作实现多通道数据采集,以虚拟仪器为基础,LabVIEW软件为开发平台,结合NI的硬件实现了动应力信号数据采集分析,利用LabVIEW的振动疲劳分析包FatigueStartUpKit,搭建了基于虚拟仪器的轨道车辆零部件动应力测试及疲劳强度分析系统,为轨道车辆零部件的相关试验测试提供便捷、准确、可靠的测量方法。
The comparative analysis of the choice of the dynamic stress time history is determined through the methods of pilot testing, computer simulation and hybrid simulation of the tests and computer simulation. The multiple data acquisition card is used to work together to achieve multi-channel data acquisition based on LabVIEW as one platform of virtual instrument. Combined with NI hardware, stress strain signal data acquisition and analysis are implemented, By using vibration fatigue analysis package FatigueStartUpKit of LabVIEW, a fatigue testing and analysis system for vehicle parts based on virtual instrument is built, which provides a convenient, accurate and reliable measurement method for tests.
