摘要 通过采用FPGA作为主控制器,以PSD为位置敏感探测器,设计了一种空间信标角度检测系统,实现了空间信标光位置的实时测量。通过实验数据验证,本系统具有较高的测量精度和实时性,灵敏度高,系统位置分辨率优于5μm,等效视场角10°,最小分辨率0.005°,可广泛应用于光电跟踪系统或光电位置检测领域。详细介绍了系统的软硬件设计和实现方法,给出了多路同步数模转换过程的FPGA逻辑时序,进行了各接口模块的设计和状态跳跃图分析,为信标光角度测量领域设计提供了一种可行的实现方法。 A method for detecting space beacon location is described. Using FPGA as the master controller and PSD sensor as the position-sensitive detector, an angle real-time measurement is realized. Through the analysis of experimental data, the system owns high accuracy and real-time. The position resolution is better than 5μm. The angle of vision can achieve 10°, and the minimum resolution is 0. 005°. This system can be applied to measure fields widely, such as in optical tracking system or optical position detection. The designs of hardware and software are described in detail, and the FPGA logic timing of the multi-way synchronization digital-analog conversion process is shown, and the interface module design and state jump map are analyzed. A way to solve the measurement of the beacon angle in the application of similar is also provided.
