依据全球统一编码标识系统、农产品追溯编码导则及信息分类和编码的原则与方法确定我国养殖水产品质量追溯链信息编码思路,并对鄱阳湖养殖水产品(以鱼类产品为例)进行了实证编码研究,旨在为水产品经营者和管理者提供质量控制的手段。

According to the standards of the global coding system, agricultural products, tracing coding principles, information classification and coding principle and method, a possible China＇s cultivated aquatic product traceability chain information code system was determined, and the Poyang lake fish products were taken as an example to test the code system, to pro- vide an effective way of quality control for the aquatic foods operators and managers.
