摘要
采用水煮法和超声波辅助提取法对潮汕地区40种常用中草药中总黄酮含量进行测定。结果表明,潮汕地区常用草药中均含有黄酮类化合物,部分中草药中黄酮含量比较高,揭示了潮汕地区常用中草药是富含黄酮类化合物的极好的植物资源,其成分及药理作用值得进一步研究。
Analysis was performed on the contents of flavonoids in 40 kinds of traditional herbal medicines by water extraction method and ultrasonic extraction method. The result showed that all the common herbal medicines in Chaoshan area had a content of flavonoids, some of them even had a high content. It announced that the common traditional herbal medicines in Chaoshan area were the perfect plant resources rich of flavonoids, which deserved of further studying on its elements and medicine effect.
