产后家庭访视护理指导效果分析

Effectiveness analysis of nursing guide by postnatal home visits

目的探讨产后家庭访视护理指导对产妇和新生儿的影响及产后访视在母婴保健中的作用。方法对538例产妇及546例新生儿进行3次产后家庭访视的资料进行分析,并对产后访视中出现的母婴健康问题进行分类统计、分析。结果第一次访视时产妇和新生儿存在的问题,通过护理人员上门护理指导,在第二次、第三次访视中,产妇及新生儿存在的问题明显减少,母乳喂养率有明显地提高。结论产后家庭访视可及早发现母婴异常情况,降低新生儿发病率和母乳喂养,提高产妇自护能力,是促进母婴健康的有效途径。

Objective To study the effects of nursing guide by postnatal home visits. Methods Data of 538 pregnant women and 546 neonates receiving 3 times postnatal home visits were collected, and the maternal and child health problems were classified and statistical analyzed. Results The maternal and child health problems found at the second and third time of postnatal home visits were less than that at the first time. Breastfeeding rates were significantly improved. Conclusion Postpartum home visits can help to early detection maternal and infant abnormalities, reduce the neonatal morbidity, improve the breastfeeding rates and self-care ability of maternal. It is an effective way to promote maternal and child health.
