护理界核心能力研究现状及展望

摘要 核心能力是护理界近20年来开始关注的热点。本研究从核心能力的由来、内涵、研究领域、培养方法总结护理界核心能力的研究现状,并提出展望,希望为今后护理界核心能力的培养提供参考。
