摘要
本文从青年人群生活方式和居住需求出发,寻求在高密度城市中心构建一种新型居住体系的可能性,通过设计手段合理重组空间,使其成为依托城市繁华地带基础设施体系建造的城市开放子系统。与传统社区不同,微居遵循"云计算"原则,以更模糊的界限融入城市环境,打破建筑和城市之间的层级差别,建立一种积极、共享、高效的城市秩序,从而发挥远大于其作为住宅集合体自身的效能。
This article starts from the youth group's life style and residential demand, attempting to set up a new urban dwelling system in dense central zones by reconstructing space, making it an urban open subsystem based on infrastructure constructions in central areas. Different from traditional enclosed communities, the urban micro-residential-system follows the principle of 'Cloud Computing', emergeing with the city without clear boundaries and breaking level differences between architecture and urban area. In this way, it can help to establish an energetic and shared urban order of high efficiency, and thus develop much larger effect than simply as an intensive housing system itself.
