摘要
针对二通插装阀弹簧的三维建模非常繁琐的情况,研究了在SolidWorks环境下,圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧参数化建模的方法。通过对SolidWorks中螺旋线参数进行设定,生产精确的弹簧参数化模型,将控制弹簧模型结构的特征尺寸为变量参数,通过编辑方程式,对相关的特征尺寸赋予不同的数值,可自动生成圆柱螺旋压缩弹簧的系列零件。结果表明,采用参数化建模的方法,可以显著提高二通插装阀弹簧建模的自动化程度。
According to the two way cartridge valve spring 3D modeling is very complex situation, under the environment of SolidWorks cylindrical spiral compression spring parameter modeling method is studied. Based on the SolidWorks helix parameter is set, production of precision springs parametric model, the control model of spring structure of the feature size of variable parameters, through the edit formula, on the relevant feature sizes with different values, can be automatically generated cylindrical helical compression spring series parts. The results show that, by using parametric modeling methods, the two way cartridge valve spring modeling automation can be significantly improved.
