摘要
振动控制阀是自行式振动压路机液压振动系统的关键控制部件,其性能直接影响压路机的作业质量、经济性和耐久性。为了测试振动控制阀的性能,模拟自行式振动压路机现场使用工况,开发研制了振动控制阀性能试验台,详细介绍振动控制阀的性能试验、试验台的功能、设计方案、软硬件的实现及工作原理。
Vibration control valve is the key controlling component of Mobile Road Roller hydraulic system, whose performance affects the Mobile Road Roller＇s operation, economical efficiency and its durability. For purpose of testing the performance of the control valve, this performance test stand is designed to simulate the Mobile Road Roller application. And this paper introduces the test procedure, test stand function, design plan, software and hardware and its operating principle detailedly.
