摘要
工业设备化学清洗时,清洗液中铁含量的测定不可缺少。本文将清洗液中铁含量的测定分为可溶性铁和铁络合物的测定,特别是铁络合物,通过消解将其解离,采用EDTA络合滴定法,从而测出其中铁的含量。试验表明,分析方法科学准确,铁离子回收率达90%以上,可操作性强,适合各种清洗废液,更适用于现场条件。
When industrial equipments are cleaned mine the ferric concentration in chemical cleaning. by chemical method, it is indispensable to deter- This paper proposes that the ferric can be divided into the dissoluble and Ferric Complexes, which could release ferric with digestion, being determined by EDTA complexometry. The test indicates that, the method is scientific, veracious and operable; the callback can be up to 90%. It is applicable to all kinds of chemical cleanings and the spot condition.
