摘要 分析了电机参数变化对永磁同步电机(PMSM)运行时效率优化的影响,即对保证电机损耗最小的d/q轴电流(后称为优化电流)的影响。首先分析PMSM运行时的各种损耗,进而建立其总损耗模型,并将电机的效率优化建模为基于约束(转矩约束、电流约束和电压约束)的优化问题;接着用优化理论中的Karush-Kuhn-Tucker条件导出优化电流所满足的方程;最后改变电机的参数,分析该参数的变化对优化电流的影响。通过分析得出,并不是所有参数对优化电流都存在影响。仿真基于效率优化控制的内置式永磁同步电机(IPMSM)驱动系统,试验结果显示了该分析结果的正确性。 The influence of efficiency optimization (the change of d/q axis currents under guaranteeing loss minimization) from parameters change was analyzed. Therefore, firstly, each loss of the PMSM with operating was analyzed, and its total losses was modeled. Associating with various constraint conditions (torque constraint, current constraint and voltage constraint), the efficiency optimization of the motor was modeled as the optimization problem based on constraints. Then, the equations what the optimization currents meet were derived through employing the Karush-Kuhn-Tucker conditions; in the end, the influence of efficiency optimization was analyzed through changing the motor's parameters. The conclusion that not all motor parameters affects efficiency optimization of the motor was obtained by our analysis. By analysis simulating the IPMSM drive system based on the efficiency optimization control method, experimental results showed that the analysis result obtained was corrective.
