Synchronous motor operating conditions was analyzed, and focused on the press of large-capacity synchronous electric starter; several common, high-voltage synchronous motor soft start-up programs was compared and analyzed. The application of perfect harmony high voltage drive of Siemens Robicon in 12 MW synchronous motor was introduced, schematic design scheme of this project was described and up transfer issue in commissioning was introduced.
