摘要
核黄素是肉鸡生长发育及维持各项生理活动所必需的一种微量营养物质,在碳水化合物、脂肪和蛋白质代谢过程起着重要的调节作用。文章着重探讨肉鸡核黄素需要量及其影响因素、核黄素的评定指标、缺乏症状等,以期对肉鸡核黄素营养的进一步研究提供帮助。
Riboflavin is a necessary trace nutrients for broiler growth and development and maintenance of various physiological activities, which plays an important role in the regulation of metabolism of carbo-hydrates, fat and protein. This article focuses on the requirements of riboflavin and their'influencing fac-tors, the assessment indicators of riboflavin status, the symptoms for deficiencies and so on, with a view to support the further study of riboflavin for broilers.
