摘要 试验建立了毛细管气相色谱法测定猪个体日产甲烷气体量的方法。甲烷气体采集后采用气密注射器即可直接上机测试。采用HP-PLOT/Q毛细柱(30 m×0.32 mm×20μm),恒温方法分离,用氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)检测。结果表明:该方法实现了猪个体甲烷气体产量的直接快速测定,线性范围为14.29~142.86 mg/m3,线性相关系数R2为0.999 6,在3个添加浓度水平上的平均加标回收率为97.42%。该方法简便、准确、线性范围宽,可用于测定甲烷气体。 A capillary gas chromatography was developed for the determination of daily methane produc-tion of a pig. The sampled methane gas can be directly injected into the chromatographic instrument for assay using gastight syringe. The HP-PLOT/Q capillary column (30 m×0.32 mm×20 μm) and hydrogen flame ionization detector(FID) were used, the column temperature stayed at an even temperature. The re- suits demonstrated that the direct and fast determination of daily methane production of a pig was ful- filled. The linear range of methane was 14.29-142.86 mg/m^3 with a good linear relationship(R^2=0.999 6), and the average recovery was 97.42% at three different concentration levels. The method was simple and accurate with wide linear range and could be used to determine methane gas.
