摘要
中国银监会于2011年8月发布的《商业银行理财产品销售管理办法》对适合性规则作了进一步规定,要求商业银行将适合的产品卖给适合的客户。但现行规定还需要进一步完善,包括统一立法标准,提高立法层级,明确客户分类,规定民事赔偿责任等。
On August 2011,China Banking Regulatory Commission issued the Measures for the Administration of the Sale of Wealth Management Products of Commercial Banks which requires commercial banks to sell the suitable products to the suitable clients.However,the current provisions need to be further improved,including the harmonization of legislative standards,the upgrade of legislative level,the clarity of customer classification and the stipulation of civil compensation liability,etc.
